The hard truth about recycling EV batteries! #EVs #BatteryRecycling #ElectricCars EV battery recycling is often presented as a solved problem. According to this well-researched article, it isn't. In this video I look at the facts surrounding EV battery recycling, why recycling lithium-ion batteries is far more complicated than many people believe, and why scaling safe recycling infrastructure is becoming one of the biggest challenges facing the EV industry. Unlike many of my videos, this isn't a critique of the author—in fact, I agree with much of what has been written here. The article raises important questions that deserve a wider audience.
