Sydney St Patrick's Parade & Party, 2026 (4K)

Staying in the city over the weekend, I was able to store my bags at reception and explore the city. As chance would have it, the annual St Patrick's Day parade was being held down Pitt Street, and I was able to walk ahead to find a spot to record as they turned a corner - not the best angle but I was trying to avoid being blocked by the rest of the crowd leaning over the barrier to take photos. Some amusing behind the scenes of the camera crew swapping lenses and lining up shots, but mostly just some fun displays of colour and community. I then learnt about the after-party down at the harbour, so I went along to enjoy some of the music and dancing - and pick up some souvenirs!
