Established in 1965, Margaret Green Animal Rescue is the oldest and largest animal rescue charity founded in Dorset. Every year we cares for over 1,200 animals, many of which have been abandoned, unwanted and ill-treated, and rehome them to loving owners. We have centres in Devon and Dorset and always have a large variety of animals that are looking for new, loving homes. These include dogs, cats, rabbits, donkeys, goats and pigs, to name just a few. We receive no government funding and rely heavily on the support of the public to carry out our work.
