Hi, I'm Eric,

I am NOT a licensed Therapist, Doctor, Counselor, Mental Health Advocate, or Addiction Advocate, I am none of that and wish not part to be. Instead, I am just a guy who shares what I have learned from being diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, GAD, and MDD, Lost a Wife, and Father to suicide. I attempted myself in 2018, struggling with self-harm, seeing a therapist, taking meds, and working through body image issues along with being a recovering alcohol and cocaine addict. I found that just sharing helps others sometimes and helps us, so maybe something here will help you and maybe it won't but no matter what you are going through, you matter and it is worth the fight!
