DUI Driver Sent This Truck Off the Freeway…

This Box Truck Got Thrown Off the Freeway... No this is not a repeat. Yes, we keep getting jobs of trucks getting thrown off freeways. And yes, this was ANOTHER one caused by a DUI driver! Luckily this driver was caught, unlike last week's video. CHP first called this in as a tractor trailer over the side, and responded with Hulk 2.0 and Dave's rotator aka Hulk 1.0. It definitely wasn't a tractor trailer, but still was a challenging job that I had tons of fun with in showing off. You might think "duh, pull it back" but those comments are always so dumb. First of all, you'd have to shut down the entire freeway to Uturn it to do that. If you're thinking do it off the front, well now you have a super high pull and the second you get the rear up, it's rolling freely. Second, look at that front axle and the unstable hill it's on. It's not a path. This could very easily flip over if not controlled properly. With 2 rotators and some creative rigging, we had full control at every step of the way. All while keeping traffic lanes open to boot. In fact, the CHP had so much confidence in our ability, he left before we even started pulling! I took off to an easy container lift once we set it back down on the freeway, and JoJo was left to tow everything back to our customer's yard. What did you guys think of this crazy job?
