Knead the dough until there is no dry flour left. Gather the dough in the center of the bowl. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour. After 1 hour, look how beautifully the dough has risen. So many air bubbles in this dough. Dust the dough with flour. Pull the dough away from the edges of the bowl. Prepare a baking sheet.
