This work blends a deep, existential dread—reminiscent of Lovecraftian cosmic horror—with the cold, bureaucratic atmosphere of the American True Crime and Neo-Noir traditions. Set to the eerie and haunting frequencies of John Patitucci’s "Horror Bass Choir," the narrative follows the internal voice of an old investigation where the truth remains buried. Some mysteries are never meant to be solved; they are designed to be locked away forever in dusty archive rooms. When the detective, the file, and the unfound corpse all sink into a dreadfully silent void... the case is closed.
