Doctor or Mu*derer? | Hospital Negligence Led to Patient's De@th in KARACHI

"Apni maa ko ilaj ke liye laya tha...Hum se mistake ho gayi, accident bhi tou ho jata hai." Talha Saleem told the media that his 59-year-old mother, Jameela Saleem, lost her life due to medical negligence during a procedure at Darul Sehat Hospital. According to the family, she had been admitted for treatment related to a kidney condition but later d*ed after suffering lung failure. The sons alleged that the attending doctor, Dr. Anees-ur-Rehman, acknowledged a mistake during the procedure and demanded a transparent inquiry and accountability. Speaking to Dialogue Pakistan, public representatives also called for strict action against the private hospital, alleging that this was not the first such incident and claiming the administration was being protected instead of held accountable.
