Mini Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you gotta try these mini cheesecakes. They have a buttery Oreo base, a creamy peanut butter cheesecake filling, topped with a chocolate ganache and lots of Reese’s minis. Plus, they only take 30 minutes to set. All you need is: Base: 200g Oreo’s, finely crushed 60g Unsalted butter, melted Cheesecake: 250ml double cream, cold 350g cream cheese, room temp 120g icing sugar 100g smooth & creamy peanut butter Topping: 150ml dark chocolate 150ml double cream 80g Reese’s cups mini’s Makes 9-10 mini cheesecakes Enjoy!
