Being isolated in ministry can lead to burnout, a heart far from God, and damage to our most cherished relationships. We need teams, but many of us have experienced how bad teams can devastate a ministry and be a black hole of time and effort. How do we lead and develop healthy, long-term, fruitful teams? In this session, we examine some biblical principles that lead to healthy teams and encourage collaborative learning and discussion. He has been serving in full-time Christian work, especially with emerging leaders, for 25 years. He is married to Amy and together they have raised 4 children while serving in ministry. John has served in leadership with Cru, Campus Ministry Today, and the Center for Mission Mobilization. John holds a Masters degree in Christian Education from Dallas Seminary. He and Amy have lived on three continents and served in over 15 countries leading teams, fuelling indigenous mission movements, training mission mobilizers, and developing strategic partnerships to advance missions globally. He currently resides in the UK, which serves as a base for serving their teams in Germany, Romania, Georgia, and the UK. 25LCOB11
