Ingredients 4~5 Garlic cloves 2~3 Green chillies 1/2 tsp Carom seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1 Large Cucumber 1 cup Rice flour 2 tbsp Gram flour 2 tbsp Fine semolina 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 2~3 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp Salt 2.5 cup Water 2 tbsp Oil Method 1. Cut the end of the cucumber and rub it to remove bitterness. 2. Chop cucumber into pieces without peeling. 3. Add garlic, green chillies, carom seeds, and cumin seeds into a mixer jar. 4. Add chopped cucumber pieces into the jar without adding water. 5. Blend into a smooth puree. 6. Take rice flour, gram flour, and fine semolina in a bowl. 7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, finely chopped coriander 8. leaves, and salt. 9. Mix dry ingredients well. 10. Add cucumber puree into the flour mixture. 11. Add water gradually and whisk thoroughly to form a smooth thin batter without lumps. 12. Heat a pan on high flame and spray or spread oil on it. 13. Stir batter well before pouring. 14. Pour batter starting from the edges towards the center. 15. Spray a little oil on top. 16. Reduce flame to medium-low and cook until bottom becomes golden and crispy. 17. Flip and cook both sides properly. 18. Remove and serve hot.
