Bonjour, we're coming to you from Normandy, France for episode 24! We're here after we realized pretty quickly that as much as we love the old buildings and architecture in Paris, those beautiful old buildings do not have the air conditioning us Americans are used to. Even trying to buy a fan felt like we were doing a drug deal. C'est la vie, let's do as the French do and get out of the city. This brings us to discussing how, despite all this, we truly prefer the craftsmanship and style of European homes compared to new builds. The good news? We can now get that same 1800s craftsmanship at a much lower price point, with all the modern amenities we're not willing to give up, and we're taking notes for our own remodel.
