Deep in the green mountains of northern Iran, a small village hidden above the dense jungles of Gilan is preparing for a beautiful wedding celebration. Surrounded by misty forests, rolling hills, and breathtaking nature, the villagers come together to create a memorable event for the bride, groom, and their guests. The peaceful atmosphere of village life and the stunning scenery of the Caspian region make this wedding a truly magical occasion. To honor the special day, a famous Gilani chef, who previously went viral on YouTube for cooking massive wedding feasts in remote villages, has arrived to prepare another extraordinary meal. This time, he plans to cook a huge amount of delicious traditional food for more than 1,000 guests. Using fresh local ingredients and giant cooking pots, the chef and his team work tirelessly to create authentic Gilani dishes that fill the mountain air with incredible aromas. The wedding menu features some of Iran's most beloved traditional dishes, prepared in enormous quantities for more than 1,000 guests. Giant pots of rich Fesenjan with tender lamb are slowly cooked using ground walnuts and pomegranate molasses, creating a deep, sweet-and-sour flavor that is famous throughout Iran. The chefs also prepare Lobia Polo, a fragrant rice dish mixed with green beans, tomatoes, aromatic spices, and succulent pieces of meat. Another highlight of the feast is Zereshk Polo ba Morgh, featuring saffron-infused rice topped with bright red barberries and served alongside delicious chicken cooked in a flavorful tomato and saffron sauce. To accompany these dishes, huge amounts of traditional Persian rice are carefully steamed to perfection, creating the golden crispy tahdig that Iranian guests always look forward to enjoying during special celebrations. The kind-hearted villagers eagerly help with every step of the cooking process. Men and women gather together to prepare vegetables, carry firewood, stir enormous pots, and organize the wedding feast. Their teamwork reflects the strong sense of community that still thrives in the villages of northern Iran. The warmth, hospitality, and generosity of the people make the celebration even more special. Beyond the wedding preparations, this video also showcases the daily life of the village. Viewers can watch villagers baking fresh bread in traditional tanoor ovens, repairing and decorating their homes with gelkari (mud plastering), and caring for their sheep and cows in the lush mountain pastures. These simple yet beautiful traditions offer a glimpse into the authentic rural lifestyle of Gilan, where nature, family, and community remain at the heart of everyday life.
