I Caught EVERY Invasive Species in Florida

For the next seven days, I’m traveling across the state of Florida on a mission to catch as many invasive species as possible. From the urban canals of Miami to the wild, untamed Everglades, we’re targeting some of the most notorious non-native species taking over the state, including clown knife fish, snakehead, cichlids, iguanas, and even massive Burmese pythons. We’re fishing in some of the most unexpected places—underneath roadside bridges, hidden city waterways, and along the legendary Tamiami Trail—pushing into environments where these species thrive. As the adventure unfolds, we head deeper into the Everglades, searching for giant snakes and gators, with a special focus on tracking down Burmese pythons in one of the most extreme ecosystems in the country. But this isn’t just about the hunt—everything we catch in this video is being put to use. We’re handing off our catches to a 5-star chef, who transforms these wild and unusual species into incredible, gourmet dishes. Along the way, we’re also diving into Florida’s strangest and most unique experiences—trying new foods, exploring unexpected places, and embracing everything weird and wild that the state has to offer. At the end of it all, we come together for a massive feast, built entirely from the invasive species we caught throughout the journey.
