Fried Milk ✨ Crispy outside, creamy inside

Golden bites with a soft, custardy center that melt in your mouth. Dip them in condensed milk or chocolate sauce and try not to eat the whole plate. 🤤 Ingredients: • 1/2 cup cornstarch • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 2 cups milk Batter: • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour • 2 tbsp granulated sugar • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 cup water • Breadcrumbs Instructions: In a saucepan, whisk together cornstarch, sugar, and milk. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Pour into a greased dish and spread evenly. Let it cool, then refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm. Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Cut the set milk into strips. Dip each piece into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in medium heat until golden and crispy. Transfer to a rack or paper towel to remove excess oil.
