It Was a RISK Mowing This Yard With NO Permission… While the Homeowner Was Inside!

When we pulled up to this property, the grass had completely taken over the yard. A neighbor told us that code enforcement already been giving the homeowner fines, and that the guy living there was just trying to get back on his feet. I knocked on the door but didn’t get an answer… and after driving an hour out here wit @MidlifeStockman , we had a decision to make. Sometimes you don’t know the full story behind a yard, you just see someone who might need a little help. So we got to work.
