Ingredients Chicken - 1 kg Shallots - 16 to 17 nos Tomatoes - 2 nos Green chilli - 1 or 2 nos Garlic - 9 to 10 nos Grated coconut - 1 cup Lemon - 1 nos Red chilli powder- 2 tsp Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Chicken masala -1 1/2 tsp pepper powder- 1 tsp Corn flour - 1 tsp Salt - 1 or 2 tsp Oil - 2 to 3 tsp Method First we have to peel the ginger and garlic and set aside. Then wash them well and drain Then cut the ginger into small pieces. Crush the ginger and garlic into a fine paste and set aside. Then wash and clean the chicken and set aside. Then make small cuts with a knife in the chicken pieces. Then placed the chicken on a plate, Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala, pepper powder and corn flour. Then sprinkle some salt and add some squeezed lemon juice. Add the crushed ginger and garlic and mix them well. Marinated for half an hour Then chopped the peeled shallots, tomatoes and green chili. Take a pan, add grated coconut and water. Squeezed them well for a few minutes. Drain the coconut milk and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken pieces. Fry them well till both sides become light brown. Once it is ready, remove from the heat and set aside. Then add the chopped shallots into the frying pan. Then add crushed ginger and garlic, sauté them well. Add red chili powder, chicken masala and turmeric powder. Then add pepper powder and sauté them well. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chili, sauté them well for a few minutes. Squeeze half the lemon juice and sauté it well. Then add coconut milk and cook till the masala is well cooked. Once they are well cooked, remove from the fire and set aside. Take banana leaves and spread masala on the leaves. On top, add fried chicken pieces. Finally, on top, add a balanced masala and completely coated with chicken. Then cover with banana leaves and tie with a banana leaf rap. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and place the chicken masala packet. Fry them well for a few minutes. Once it is fried well, removed from the fire and set as a side.
