Ingredients Anchovy fish - 1kg Shallots - 16 to 17nos Tomatoes - 2 nos Ginger - 1 nos Garlic - 7 or 8 nos Green chilli - 3 to 4 nos Curry leaves - 2 or 3 tbsp Grated coconut - 1 cup Malabar Tamarind - small ball Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 or 2 tsp oil - 2 to 3 tbsp Method Firstly, we have to cut and clean the fish. Then wash and drain, set aside. Peel the shallots, garlic and ginger. Then wash the shallots, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and green chili. Then chopped the tomatoes, shallots and green chili. Take a grated coconut plate, add ginger, garlic and shallots. Then add curry powder such as red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Grind them all into a fine paste and set aside. Take a pan, add grinder coconut mix. Add a sufficient amount of water and mix it well. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chili, curry leaves and salt. Then add soaked Malabar tamarind. Placed the pan on heat. Cover and cook till the gravy is well cooked. Remove the lid and add the cleaned fish and mix them well. Cover and cook them well. Remove the lid and add some curry leaves and coconut oil. Cook till the fish is well cooked. Remove from fire and set aside.
