頂級J人的家：265㎡零雜物，生活了18年 The Home of an 'Ultimate J-Type': An 18-Year-Old, 265㎡ Beijing Apartment

在北京市中心，哈佛畢業的60後建築師徐千禾，把265㎡的土豪風格房子，改造成了簡約的純白之家。日用品都藏得乾乾淨淨，連門都要隱進牆裡。徐千禾是“頂級J人”，物慾極低，定期斷舍離，不主動看社交媒體，和超過3500本書為伴。今年，在入住18年後，他又對房子進行了一次大改造。 A 60s-born Harvard graduate and architect in Beijing has transformed his 265㎡ city-center apartment. Xu Qianhe replaced its former gaudy style with a simple, all-white aesthetic. Every item has its place, and even doors seamlessly blend into walls. With an extreme "J-type" personality, he has minimal material desires, practices regular decluttering ("danshari"), avoids social media, and surrounds himself with a collection of over 3,500 books.
