いつもご視聴ありがとうございます! 【新作公開】毎週 月・水・土曜|17:30 更新   チャンネル登録はこちら https://www.youtube.com/@cookkafemaru 始めたばかりのサブチャンネルンネルはこちら https://www.youtube.com/@kafemaru_lab   今日のレシピ: ひき肉を入れた南瓜コロッケです。 南瓜だけでも美味しいですが、ひき肉を加えても美味しいです! お好みで作ってみてください。 南瓜の優しい甘さがとっても良いですよ~♪   材料はこちら ↓  ★English recipe is below★ ---------------------------- 【材料】6個 南瓜  250g 豚挽き肉 80g 塩、胡椒 衣: 薄力粉、溶き卵、パン粉 適量 揚げ油 ①南瓜は薄く切り、ボウルに入れ、ラップをして600w電子レンジで5-6分加熱して柔らかくする。 ②南瓜から出た水分を切り、熱いうちにつぶす。 ③ひき肉に塩、胡椒し、600w電子レンジで1分加熱して、②に加えて混ぜる。これでタネの出来上がり。 タネは、成形しやすいようにしっかりと冷ます。 ④タネを6等分して丸める。 ⑤タネに、薄力粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順につける。 ⑥180℃に熱した油できつね色に揚げ、キッチンペーパーの上で油を切る。 ⑦千切りキャベツと一緒にお皿に盛り付ける。 ソースやポン酢などでどうぞ!   MEMO   タネには、火が通っているので、衣にいい色が付けばokです。 揚げすぎに注意してください。 関連レシピ   【南瓜でほっこり味♡レンチン3分の豆乳米粉ケーキ】 https://youtu.be/UbVxOzcNT3I お料理でのレシピ本もぜひよろしくお願いいたします~。 毎度おおきに。   レシピ本「ふたりごはん」扶桑社より発売中   Amazon:https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4594099327 【Ingredients】6 pieces 250g pumpkin 80g ground pork Salt and pepper Coating: Cake flour, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs as needed Oil for frying ①Slice the pumpkin thinly and place in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes until soft. ②Drain any liquid released from the pumpkin. Mash while still hot. ③Season the ground pork with salt and pepper. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then add to the pumpkin and mix well. The filling is ready. Cool completely so it is easier to shape. ④Divide the filling into 6 portions and shape into rounds. ⑤Coat each piece with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in that order. ⑥Fry in 180°C oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. ⑦Serve with shredded cabbage. Enjoy with sauce or ponzu sauce if desired! MEMO The filling is already cooked, so once the coating turns golden brown, they are done. Be careful not to over-fry.
